Tomorrow will be two weeks back on prozac. Ive started going back to yin yoga on Mondays, and am getting back into my meditation classes. Im also back on my supplements. I still have some space to cover but I'm beginning to feel better. My diet is still garbage, but I'm allowing the medication to take affect before i focus too much on that, and I want to get back into going to the gym 5 days or so a week. Saunas, ice baths, diet, get ny moneu right, start living again. In a few months i will be going to see Joe Rogan do his stand up, I'm excited for that, never seen someone do stand up that i knew before going. I'm a huge fan of his, his podcast and his stand up are great.
Back to loving life.
